Get your pink on with Etude House Pink Vital Water Serum
This review is part of my pinkbird box from Etude House! I decided to write reviews of each item separately because I dislike doing a bulk posts and secondly, my April pink bird box is still stuck in customs! *sad face. Not sure it’s going to see the light of day*.
So this review is looking at the Etude House Pink Vital Water Serum. At first, I thought it might be some kind of collagen drink due to its health inspired packaging. However it is indeed a serum that is meant to reduce ‘fatigue and provide a pink colour vitality and moisturizing energy to the skin.’
The blurb goes on to say that it is a ‘the new concept vitality charging moisturizing essence containing anti oxidant water droplet formula which effectively penetrates into the skin without leaving any shine or sticky feel on the skin as it lightly spreads on the skin.’
The unique point of this product is that at first it pumps out as a pink cream. Gradually you will find when you start rubbing it in, that the cream becomes transparent and it has the look and consistency of water. Seriously, it’s quite unique.
I noticed that the serum has a slight peach scent to it but it’s not overbearing so it suits me just fine.
I’ve only recently started adding serums into my step so it’s difficult to compare with any others. I will say that it absorbs and lightly spreads very quickly into the skin. The only downside is that I’m not sure it’s the most hydrating serum that I’ve tried, but I do like that it is easy to layer with other skincare products.
