BNT news have sent a lot of things to review, so let’s get right in there and review the Maxclinic Meso Change Program Hyaluronic Meso change roller.
I know…it’s a bit of a mouth full.
Take a look at this beauty!
Maxclinic Meso Change Hyaluronic Roller.
As with all Max Clinic items, it has a very expensive look to it, however when you inspect the items closely, the products have a cheap feel to it. I’m not particularly fussed about that. If the product works, it works!
You open it all up and it reveals a roller grip, 4 acupuncture rolls and 4 ampoules. The ampoules contain a serum that is infused with 25% collagen, penny wort extract, ceramide and vitamins b,c and e.
What’s the Maxclinic Meso Change Roller good for?
To summarise what we have here, the Maxclinic Meso Change roller is a dissolving hyaluronic acid acupunctural roller which when rolled over the skin, allows for products to be easily absorbed. This in turn, is said to help regenerate skin cells, with the hyaluronic acid helping to hydrate and moisturise the skin.
I was provided with a link which tells you everything you need to know about the product if you want to read more about it.
Using the Roller
The rollers are kept in individually wrapped packets. Once opened, it reveals a white roll which is slotted into the gold plastic roller grip. You can’t see any needles on the roll but you can feel the surface of the roller is covered in raised points. They don’t feel sharp so you don’t have to worry about hurting yourself!
The next step is to add the ampoule on your skin and then roll the roller for about 5 minutes.
You can feel the ‘needles’ dissolving as you roll.
There are so many BITS to this product that even I got a bit lost with how you’re supposed to use it despite having instructions on the box. Originally I thought you use one whole ampoule for each rolling session.
However, what you are supposed to do is use the ampoule every day and then once a week, use it with the hyaluronic roller.
When I added this into my skincare routine (after toning), I didn’t particularly feel like I needed to add anything further to my routine. My skin felt quite tacky. I thought if I did try to add more product over it, it would just lose the benefits of what the product was promising. I did feel that I was perfectly hydrated enough to forego essence and moisturiser. So I think I would use this treatment in winter when my skin feels drier.
In terms of visible difference, it’s hard to say since I hadn’t used it correctly in the first two weeks. I feel that you would need use to over this over a couple of months to see whether it makes any real difference. Is it even possible to measure how much product you absorb into your skin?
Whilst I like the idea of the roller, I don’t think I would seek out to get this again because I didn’t notice any difference in my skin and I’m a little impatient about waiting for results. I’d rather it work now than later!
