When it comes to hair, I’m the type who washes and go. I am way lazy to use conditioner and rarely style it! When I blow dry my hair, I just whizz it back and forth with no use of a comb…..yikes!
As much as I love Kbeauty, there are times when I can’t endure the wait and want something NOW! Lo and behold, during a busy shopping session, I noticed my hair looked completely fried and unkempt! I decided I needed to invest in some kind of hair masque!
I had a browse of Boots but had no idea where to start! A lot of the hair masks had a treatment time of 2/3 minutes, which is great for convenience but I wanted to wear it for at least 15/20 minutes. My hair needs it!
It was an impulse buy but I decided on trying Waitroses’s Pure Nourishing Hair Mask. It was only £3 and I love a good bargain! For those you don’t know, Waitrose is one of the UK’s popular supermarket chains.
The Waitrose Pure Nourishing Hair Mask contains coconut oil and also avocado oil, fragrance-free and suitable for vegans!
Using the Waitrose Pure Nourishing Mask
It’s simple as washing your hair and then applying the mask all over your hair! Wait at least 15 minutes and then wash off! I love long showers so it wasn’t really a problem for me!
The Waitrose Pure Nourishing Hair Mask feels very creamy but like a conditioner, it feels like it’s hard to spread. I was never sure if I put on enough. I concentrated on applying it on the ends as that’s my main concern.
When I started to wash off, I could tell it was indeed…nourishing! You can feel the oil sliding down your hair (in a good way). It doesn’t feel greasy.
The difference is also noticeable once the hair is dried! My hair felt soooooo soft and looks so much sleeker than normal. I can’t believe this is only £3. I’m definitely going to have to check out the rest of the Pure line by Waitrose. British beauty is not to be sniffed at!
