Review of Hado Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Milk
The thing I don’t understand about beauty bloggers is how can they cope with using so many products? Doesn’t it make your skin go crazy? Personally I’m just trying to find something that works for me and stick to it! With regards to my own skin, I’m trying to keep it as simple as possible.
I’d been using the Shu Uemura deepsea range for a while. Whilst the bottle is pretty, I really didn’t feel as though it was doing much for my skin! It was just sitting on my skin….being all expensive.
So on a whim, I bought this bottle of Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic acid moisturizing milk in KLIA on the way back from Malaysia. I’d seen this bottle so many times in Watsons, Sasa and the like. but I guess I was too intimidated by the kanji plastered all over the cover. I had no idea what it was about.
Luckily on the back it had English on it! It sounded good to me – ‘very hydrating with twice the moisture retention capacity of Hyaluronic acid.’ Well I don’t even know what hyaluronic acid is but I liked that it was free of fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol and colorant. Although my skin is combination and oily, I really felt that I needed more moisturiser particularly after a shower because my skin feels so dry and tight afterwards.
I have been using this as a moisturiser but from reading other reviews it seems it could be a serum or toner? oh well, it seems to be moisturising my skin just fine. Mind you I have oily/combination skin!
As soon as I put just a little bit of this cream, it really does feel hydrated! I have been doing a combination of things in order to get my skin to look better, but I really do feel like this was a worthwhile purchase and I’ll be looking to try out Hado Labo’s other’s products very soon!!
