I’m currently watching ‘The Producers’ which stars IU and Kim Soo Hyun. It’s about the life of television network PDs and what they get up to behind the scenes of entertainment shows.
Despite the various cameos from famous stars such as SNSD, Dara from 2ne1, Hani and Kim Jong Kook (which is always fun). The drama itself is not as interesting as I thought it was going to be. I’m not sure if it wants to be a romance or a mockumentary type of show. If it’s a romance, then there’s definitely not enough chemistry or story line between the leads.
I guess it depends on which love line Kim Soo Hyun’s character is going. I don’t think he has enough scenes with IU to warrant a romance! I’m only on episode 5, so maybe there’s still a bit to go!
