Face off with The Face shop Pure Water Facial mist
I told you didn’t I? I have gone a bit fanatical about face mists. One is simply not enough! I’m not sure whether they do much in terms of improving the skin but I still really like them. I think the act of misting water over your face is akin to having a shower when you can’t have it!
To continue my obsession, I randomly bought The Face shop Pure Water Facial mist in Jeju Marine. I was attracted to its small and very portable size and I have to admit, I was also taken with the name ‘Jeju marine’! It evokes an air of escape! I mean isn’t Jeju island the place where all your favourite drama leads go at least once in drama land? I need me some of that Jeju air stat!
Ingredients wise the Face shop Pure Water Facial mist contains Jeju Samdasu (80%) + Jeju Sargassum extract (10%). Excellent. I don’t know what that means but it sounds good!
And in case you were not sure how to use a facial mist! The Face Shop has some instruction for you.
The verdict
I really like this mist and carry it with me everyday! It’s the perfect size of taking on your travels and in your handbag. I found it was really useful when my skin was feeling a little dry or when I had been in the air con too much. It adds just enough moisture when you don’t have any moisturiser at hand.
The scent itself is really pleasant and is somewhat marine but you should be glad to know that it’s not in a stinky fishy way. It’s not overpowering!
I did not realise this but the pure water mist also comes in different fragrances as modelled by the lovely Seohyun!
I bought my mist from Mid Valley Megamall in Malayisa! The price is really reasonable and it cost about 4 pounds! I definitely will repurchase once I run out. It is a great refreshing scent and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft.
